The foreman also makes good grilled panini-style sandwiches too.
To cook chicken, if it's a thick breast I usually butterfly it. That way you can cook it all the way through without drying it out. |

Get a good clever. I love my clever. It's fun as hell to chop stuff..just feels masculine. I use it for chopping everything. When dicing stuff it's also nice to use as a shovel to move stuff from cutting board to the pot ot pan. Oh yeah, a good cutting board also goes a long way.
