That is extremely gnarly, I wish I coulda gotten a chance to skate, considering good ol west virginy aint that far from here. Damn, looks like one nice place to skate in the woods, wait till some what late into the day and everything cools off in the woods. |

Hey Kevineleven where did you hear it was bulldozed. I live in milton, WV, which is about 15 min. away from the falcon. i've skated it before, and my friends and i cleaned it up right before Ryan Wilburn skated it a while back. Ryan skating it was featured in an article in Slap magazine. Does anyone know what the Focus Skatepark in charleston, because i have some good news for you. |

Whether it is there or not, you DC/Baltimore peeps might as well forget about it, unless you wanna try to find it on your way to Louisville.

Sic! How cool would it be to dig that whole thing up and find it intact. Looks like it was hella fun in its day. |

So nobody ever said why Falcon was bulldozed??? Why would they bulldoze something in the woods that they didn't finish doing more than 25 years ago? Did someone buy the land?
I've wanted to go to the remaining parts of Falcon for a while and now it will never happen...seriosly bummed I live in Nashville and never got around to making the trip, but I've dreamed about skating that ancient skateboard relic in the woods since Blender killed it in the G&S video. I'd just like to know what the reason was for bulldozing something that seemed so harmless. |
