Don't you love it when you experiment with stuff around the kitchen and it all works out perfect....case in point....I had thawed out a bag of chicken breasts but did not have any real marindae at hand at the time.....I mixed the following:
-Costa's Bar-b-q sauce (3/4)
-French's mustard (1/4
-a bit of lite Soy suace (1/4 cup?)
-a bit of balsamic vinegar (3-4 good splashes?)
Put it in a bowl with the chicken, covered the bowl and shook the shit out of it till all was covered well. Let it all sit for about 2 days and fixed it up last night...DELICIOUS!!!!!

Sounds good. Try this...
1 cup A1.
1 cup red wine vinagerette.
1 tsp crushed red pepper (flakes, not powder)
2 cloves garlic, minced. FRESH!
Great on chicken, but amazing on steak.
Bye the way, I keep A1 in my house for use only as an ingredient. If I see you getting some to use AFTER the food has been cooked, you will be asked to leave. Try me. |

Putting A1 on a grilled piece of meat is downright disrespectful. |

The idea repulses me.
HOWEVER, taking a block of cream cheese, covering it with A1, and then attacking it with various crackers is quite the treat, indeed. Trust me. |

You can make anything better by adding either cream cheese, sour cream, or mayonnaise. |

You guys are absolutely crazy, A1 makes everything better. A great steak is a great steak dont get me wrong but the right amount of A1 on that will make you weak in the knees. Put that shit on a hamburger and you are damn close to heaven. |
