So all that stuff is your art right? Every little element in all of those works is yours.

I remember you were the guy who had such a hardon about stealing other people's work, so I guess it is safe to assume everything must be yours....if not, it's at least copyright free.....right?

Nice work anyway. Personally, I don't care if it's all stolen, I just am not a big fan of hypocracy (if there is any hypocracy going on, and I'm not saying there is).

i dont want to start this dumbass debate again.

show me one thing that isnt REALLY altered from its source or istn a total original.

and again - i only sold three of those designs. they were each full originals.

Great work! AND so what if a few elements are "borrowed".(if they are) Thats part of the history of rock posters.

so true its not even funny.

its like the only art form where hacks get respect. heh. even frank kozik swipes shit, but he makes it all his own. art chantry made a career out of it cutting and pasting. again very little of my stuff is ripped. some of the older stuff when i first started counted alot on other elements, but certainly not without being REALLY altered. the drummer boy is probably the closest to straight rip. all i did was change his religious views. lol.

check out the Art of Modern Rock. there's a nice history, but it's more accurately a snapshot of whats going on in the poster/art world right now. it's an amazing and beautiful book. and huge too. i'm proud to say i have 6 or 7 posters in there.
