firdt of all you'll see the table with the
registration frame, right hand side you see a frame in the making.i'll start with some impressions to give you a basic look of what awaits you in the first step.

this is a little bit closer of what you are going to build from tomorrow on.you don't have to build a steel frame, unless you find a friend who does that professionally and is bored with life.my frame has two posts which sit on a rail, both are movable up to 10 inches.also i am able to raise or lower the posts to the desired height i want for the printing process.i started of with something else, which i'll explain to you later on in this thread.most of the stuff is availabe at builder's emporium f.e.
plus this part is inexpensive-trust me.
i'll give you exact sizes of what i have here tomorrow-i didn't have an inch measureband with me today-guess you don't wanna hear what it is in centimetres.

these are the frames you are gonna build later on.trust me this works.chances might be preety high that the screenprint-supplier who's gonna have to apply the mesh to the frame will tell you that this is impossible-believe me,it's not.

Perhaps setting up a page with these shots as a part of the Art of Skateboarding?

Cool stuff so far..

Do you use a actual deck to get the shape of the concave for the frames and does the same shape work for most new school boards?

Can you use that for longer decks besides the normal new school length decks?

Thanks, You rawk!
Jeff.
