Alva American Flag deck wheelbase?

Can someone tell me the exact wheelbase of the alva american flag deck? Is it 20" like mile high says or 18.5" like Tony says on his official website?

I measure every deck we stock/sell.

7-ply maple, concave deck. 38.5" x 9.6", 20.3" wheelbase, 7.25" kick nose and 6.8", semi-square kick tail. Front and rear wheel wells. Newschool bolt pattern.
