mrs Sixpack is on it & I grow tired of cooking the same shit for her (salmon filet on top of salad, twin burgers with asparagus & whatever other low carb vegetable there is, etc.).

Anyone got anything new & exciting for the most annoying (yet it works for her) diet ever? And please keep the ha-ha "Duurggghhhh, how about bacon & cheese" commments to yo'self!!

no dig here, I am 6'4", 190ish, and that is pretty much the way I have been since I left the Army back in 92. My diet secrets? Eat to survive. Eat anything you want, just in moderation, when you get full, push the plate away. I am not saying you don't do that and I am NOT insulting you at all. I drink way to much soda, and I eat really bad, but I always stop when I am full. I never eat just to eat, like if I am bored or something. That is just my tip.

I think those diet fads are pure crap and you should do what you want.

Good luck in your recipe hunt, if you find something worth sharing, please do as I am always on the lookout for something new and tasty. Seriously.

Jason

try doing a stir-fry with veg. and different meats. I make that for my wife all the time. Use Sesame oil and season with S&P and granulated garlic. Add a little hoisen sauce or something like it for more flavor. Cook everything separate to keep the wok nice and hot ie.. carrots first, then take out, put in zucchini, take out, put in brocc. take out, put in chix-beef-pork-seafood take out. After you finish everything separately throw it all back in the wok and mix to heat and add hoisen sauce and a touch of chili-garlic or other if you like.

And then duck. And while ducked, start planning on how you're going to get laid. LOL!

A gummy bear sandwich on a loaf of italian bread, washed down with Code Red Mountain Dew and some old style.
