| The guys building it are trying to keep people from skating it before the official opening so the city doesn't shut the place down. |

I do not think it is open yet. The crew shot 25 yards of concrete last Saturday (the 14th)... that is 3 truck loads.
The railing and other little details need to be finished before the construction fence comes down.
