SWEET!
I haven't seen the likes of colored knee pads and face makeup in a skateboard fight like that since I was 12 when I first saw that wonderful piece of skateboarding history! That shit is up there with breakdance fighting and pool jousting on Skate or Die for Nintendo.
I haven't laughed AT a movie so hard since I saw the movie The Stuff.

Who took it seriously?? You'd better be wearing no name patches on a jean vest and red/yellow knee pads and kooky face makeup to take it seriously! Thrashin' is awesome! Who DOESN'T love that movie!?
I have Skate Or Die 1 and 2 for NES. one of my 120 games for the system. I'm an NES freak among my other '80's collections (Transformers, Madballs, Voltron, Rock Lords, etc.)
I like the fact that Skate or Die 2 talked. ..."Major bummer, Dude!" |
