I stumbled on your website last night and spent literally hours looking at the drawings and illustrations you've all done and I've got to say they are fantastic! You all have ton's of talent!
I just started a new skateboard company in Utah- called SERIES Skateboards and we are looking for a artist to help us design a logo and designs for deck and shirts. We are currently holding a design competition. Anyone can post or email us their ideas for shirts or decks at [email protected] Show me what you can do, but for us to consider your artwork it needs to incorporate the name "Series Skateboards." The best design (judged by us and the forum) will have their artwork put on our new line up.
Thanks, Stratton Graves
Also feel free to contact us via yahoo messenger.

what's your company's slant? (pool-hesher/street-bling/political-punk?) what kind of boards; popscicles or old-school? I think a little direction may help you find what you're looking for.[/i] |

Well lets see the time frame is hopefully to get some graphics and a logo to my manafacture so I can have decks out by the end of the month. Then shirts just as soon as I find the right company who will screen them for me.
My Slant... lets see I am in love with transition, mini bowls and horseshoe bowls, but i really respect super-tech street and flip tricks not as much handrail stuff so standard deep concave new school decks.
Graphic-wise... a little punk, no political garbage, kind of a more grown-up classy look, like scripted lettering. Detail logo work. I dunno I can tell you what stuff I like.

but feel free to use your own creativite design.
email me any of your designs though, I'm pretty open. Thanks much, Stratton
I'll try to post designs I get off this forum here too, so you all can tell me what you think of them. |
