Got to go to Ahens Georgia to see the secret skatepark tour. Not so much a secret with about 5,000 people there and a huge stage with bands. They brought a vert ramp for the demo and there was a giant screen above the vert ramp for everyone in the back of the crowd to see.
georgiaskater.com should have some pics posted soon. Alot of money raised for the hurricane relief. Advertising for the new THPS comming out everywhere.
I missed the park skate session. Hawk did a board slide over the over vert. And Bournquist did a b/s smithgrind the entire oververt. Hope to see those pics as well. |

Exactly!
The speed to get up on top is fucking crazy. It's at least 10' high to the top of the cradle.
Bournquist laying down the b's smithgrinds over the cradle.................The Alien!
During the vert demo Ueda was no less than 12 feet high either f/s lein airs or b/s airs. |

I saw Ueda skate in 98 At Warped Tour. He went super high back then. At the Huck Jam this year he got hurt and had this super swollen eye. He took a few days off then skated here and still rocked the house after that nasty injury.
The pics from the secret park tour looked awesome! Thanks for the link. |

I don't think they got it, Mark. I think someone got so excited there were bodily secretions everywhere. I mean, Bam was there, after all... |
