Where do you guys get blank decks to create one-offs from? I've never really considered it but after browsing through this section my interest is peaked. I'd be mostly looking for standard popsickle shape, for experimenting with and displaying
Is there any info on techniques and best materials/paint to use?

I'm a big fan of these guys:
http://www.skatepaige.com/
I've painted a few and currently riding the "pool boy" and love it.
I've also bought from:
http://eastbilt.com/blank_boards.htm
because I needed a pre-painted blank, but I haven't ridden them.
Both of these places were nice, good communication, and delivered fast. |

Thanks, those are great links. Prices are a lot more reasonable that I was expecting too. Good stuff |
