Well, like I said earlier, it was Technine who actually had the strap in production first, so that's where I bought mine.
I can't say I've ever ridden Flux bindings, so I have no idea if they're any good or not. Burtons are perfectly good bindings, and I've ridden the Missions both with and without their capstrap.
I still like my Technines, but again, it's a personal preference thing. And I can definitely vouch for the Baltimore toestrap. MFM had it right, and it's a great innovation. Whether it's Technine, Burton, or now Flux, I guess, it's a worthwhile feature, and no hype.
It'll keep your heels locked in like nobody's biz, and your boarding will feel better. Good stuff.

tis true...my suggestion was to make sure stubbs got into the the higher end stuff but I forgot about the $ is not object thing.
I know there are plenty of good bindings on the market but you really can't beat burton in the binding dept. You can beat the burton price but you can't beat the feel.
and who really cares about who invented the cap strap...just be glad we don't have to do without anymore. |

Okay, so I'm sold on the cap strap system for sure! |
