So I just made it. Called my Mom who talked the cook at the restaurant she works at. Heres what you need:
A fryer of some sort
Vegetable oil
Sirloin Steak
Oregano
Lawry's seasoning
Garlic salt
dipping sauce (57 sauce, ketchup, cocktail sauce, whatever)
Preheat oil to 375�, cut sirloin into about 1" cubes, put cubes into bowl, put in a bunch of each seasoning, put cover on bowl, shake like hell, put in fryer basket, fry for 45 seconds to a minute (medium), place on paper towel to get all the oil off, sprinkle a little more garlic salt on, stick in a few toothpicks, eat with sauce or plain. Serve hot. Enjoy with your favorite beer.
You can also marinade the cubes of sirloin if you want too. Good without though.
