Michael Brooke just sent this in from ASR...
Down at the Action Sports Retailer show in San Diego we spotted this incredible piece of art from a guy called Malcolm Wilson. I knew it would be something that people would go crazy for - so I am giving it away to one lucky subscriber, CW retailer or advertiser. It's worth $3500!
All you have to do is subscribe to the mag and you are automatically registered in the contest. If you are a shop who is on our shop program or you are an advertiser, you are also registered.
The piece is 2 feet in width and 4 feet in length.
The contest closes October 1st.
The winner will be announced November 1st...just in time for Christmas.
Please We can ship only to US and Canadian addresses.
thanks
Michael

By the way, the entire display is the prize and those decks in the display case are about the size of a tech deck but with all the intricaties of the real deal. Amazing piece of art!
Apparently it was a huge hit at ASR. |

Jesus... I thought they were real until I read the whole post. Absolutely incredible.
I agree--an early 80's pig w/ cubics/conicals would have been appropriate, but still, that is cool as shit as-is. |
