hello everybody

i have a smal web skateshop for freestyle stuff

so freestyle wheels are rare on the market and i start to make my own wheels in my basement.
i did not expect some but it is quit easy to make wheels if you have the right resin

now i can make nearly all wheels in every color
the wheels i can make are 98a or 96a the wheels are abresive resistant and have a good grip .

my latest project was to copy some old wheels from my calypso skateboard

picture you can see here

or another roject wheels with alucore

i mix it by hand it is a two component material

you must be very carefully you do not get that much bubbles in the wheels after that . vacuum macschines are to expensive .

if you lock close do the normal wheels most of than have bubles too

i buy the ready made polyurethan on the specs you can see what hardness it comes .
or i have tested (lots of tests) when you mix two different hrdnesses to get other hardness .

for elastomere polyurethan for example you can go to www.sika.com.
looking for biresin 1419 !!

Ok folks, this post calls out to you collectors who want to have rideable replica wheels made.
Just imagine sending Bernhard one rare Blackhard wheel to make a copy mold and then just have some poured in your fav color to shred.
Yes, it is possible. The better condition the original wheel is, the better end result you get. It is possible.
Now just go ahead and search for some nice wheels and contact Bernhard.
