I dont know where to start the topic, but i hope i get some response here.
I want to buy them as cruiser/all around wheels. So after alot of choices of wheels, my last issue with them is the durometer. I was thinking about getting them either in 88a or 92a. But sometimes a core wheel makes the wheel a little harder riding it. So will i have a 88a that rides like 90a or a 92a, that rides like a 94a?
Anyone riding them and can say how they feel to ride? THX! |

They ride softer than their durometer, due to a deep lip that's designed to flex for carving traction. Personally, I think it would be waste to get them in 92...it's a carving wheel. Try 84 and you'll be blown away. |

88/84 for drifting while carving for straight carves I would go 84/81 or 81/78 (for a huge 6' board for moderate speeds and stand up slides 84/7 |

Digging in the grave?
However, i ended with some 78a flashbacks. I use them for carving and commuting and i think, i wouldnt use a higher durometer. They break out on the rear fast and, when its wet, they are absolute slippery! When i have ridden them down, i think i go for wider wheels. |

Go for a centre set wheel with a 75a formula to stop the sliding out, it worked for me. |

Gators are officially my new favourite wheel!! They carry well at speed, I only hit about 50 km/h on the way home. They have a different noise about them, you can hear it in that video of K-Rimes going 76m/h. They are awsome!! |
