I know there's some OG vert heads here that can school me so here we go...
Ok so backside kicking your front foot in front is a judo.
Kicking it behind you is a frigid air or an anti-judo? I've heard it called both and I was wondering what's correct.
I also have seen Adrian Demain do both judo and the anti/frigid as well in a single maneuver. Does anyone know what that was called?
