I'm not sure on the varnish specifics...
Do you buy pre-varnished blanks, screenprint, and then varnish again?
or
Do you buy plain wood, non-varnished blanks, screen, and then varnish?
What varnish is reccomended?

| with my blank deck i just used 1 coat of wood sealer and 1 coat of polyeurethane.... obviously i didnt screen print my deck though. |
