I have watched skateboard screen printing before and done some myself and i have always heard that you should only do one pass of ink but the leftover ink at the end of the pass drips down the screen when you lift the one end up to get the deck out. the ink gets under the screen then and smears then. Anyone know whats i should do?

oh yeah and another question. After printing the boards it seems like there is soo much ink leftover on the screen that it doesnt all wash off and it dries with the ink on the screen! will the ink come off with emulsion remover or how sould i do this?
