We were headed out to Tom Dick Peak, just stopped to catch our breath and more than likely burn somethin. It was a powder day, I remember that much and I remember the oatmeal stout induced mohawk. Everyone living at the elevator shack got a mohawk that night.

Didn't you live at the red roof's with Scott?

Do you mean Scotty Graham? What was way cool was to demo a board ,ride the alpine trail to the Chevron, beer up,hitch back, and repeat the process with a different board. That was way fun! Rolliing the Timberline gravel truck three times. Not so much.

Yup, Scott Graham...haven't seen him in a long time.

I rode the alpine a ton. I was a monument worker/janitor so we would ride it in the middle of the night when it was dumping. We'd often be racing for cigs or money.

The alpine trail at night was bad ass. Petzle headlights and a mini mag on the front leg. Chinese downhill to tha Ratskellar I believe Scotty Graham has passed away Theres some kind of memorial race/rail thing that Timberlinein doing. Saw the info at Govy on the way back, and was bummed to say the least.
