that looks good but how did the cleaning the screen go? Did it dry up or what happened?

it is a pain to clean, but after i remove the emulsion i take them to the self serve carwash and the pressure wash gets the majority of it off. they make a chemical called dehazer that will remove all ink particles from the screen, i usually use this about every 5 time i clean the screen
