So, I was in Portsmouth, Va. for my final neurosurgery appointment. We hung out with some friends for the weekend and I hit up 17th Street Surf Shop. Nothing but popsicles in the way of decks, but they had this snowboard. I inquired about the price because there was no tag, and the guy say's $49.99. I thought it would be at least $200, but he said $49.99. Brand new, few storage scuffs. When I asked why, he said the bindings were no longer sold for it. I figured I could find some somewhere or make some.

I measured the bolt hole distances and they are 3.25" from center to center. Does anyone have any, or know where to get some?

It appears that that hole pattern was designed to be used with baseless bindings, and baseless bindings sucked ass. They were supposed to give you more board feel or some nonsense like that. Thats a cool looking deck though. I would get something newer that would be more proportional to your weight and foot size, but you might be able to find some baseless binders on Craigs or Ebay.

Are baseless bindings like the "Device" brand?

Im not familar with the device. The baseless bindings I had were from K2 with a low back. Bent Metal also made them. I was kinda over it after a month or so of hurting feet.

Nope, they are rather a step in binding.

The Device bindings that I rode back in like '97 were step in bindings.
There was a bar that you stuck your boot into, the boot had a receiver under to toe of the boot.
I was told at the time that they were "the shit".

Ha, I still have a NOS pair of the old Bent Metal baseless bindings which fit the regular 4x4 hole pattern.
They are very light, but you need a wide board, otherwise your toes and heels catch snow (when you carve).

Right now I am still using the base version of the same old model and they work well for me. I always get strange looks in the lift line......maybe also because of the old Airwalk boots that I am wearing; the ones without a separate liner boot.

For the above board you'd probably need a special binding to go with as even the regular bindings won't fit, it is a very special hole pattern..... I have never seen before.

Ride was affiliated with the Device step in system. I tried some out when they were new and it didn't take long for my foot to pop out on a big jump. I don't think they had anything to do with baseless bindings, it was simply one type of step-in-device (there were many at the time).

I guess not, as it is a NON Standard hole pattern.
Maybe have someone make an aluminum adapterplate to accomodate the standard 4x4 hole pattern.
