Easy one huh?
I was feeling motivated yesterday and decided to try and make this stuff. I went to 3 different grocery stores to get that Goya Mojo Criollo stuff, no one had it and the 2 people I asked about it looked at me like i was crazy. I gave up and ordered a pizza.
I will find this Goya crap and make it, now I'm a mission. |

It does not have to be Goya brand. There are quite a few folks who make Mojo Criollo. |

Zodiac~ finally found that mojo stuff and made it last night. Everyone loved it, and I'm munching on the leftovers right now. Thanks for the good tip. |
