Everyone has their favorites, let's hear 'em.
For the standard, I usually go with onions and sausage. Occasionally dabbling in pepperoni and mushrooms. ( )
Lately though, I've been hitting the fresh tomato, feta & roasted red and yellow peppers. Green olives and Jalapenos are also good with this mixture. |

I make the "Chris Farley": deep-dish Chicago-style pizza, pizza sauce, mozzarella, romano, spicy Gulf shrimp, linguica, and sun-dried tomatoes.
edit: the "a" and the "o" are nowhere near each other on the keyboard, so why am i transposing them today? |

They should make a pizza on Fear Factor with beetles and grubs. Mmmm.
Seriously, lately I've really been into the "Greek" type toppings, like feta, olives (any color), spinach, and the like.... |

Dig the pesto more than regular sauces - minimal sauce, fresh fresh mozz and sunflower seeds... |

Not my favorite but I found this quite odd......several years ago, one of my skate pal's dads was a limo driver part time. Everytime one of the arab royal families came to visit here in Birmingham (I forgot why, but they came about once every 6 months), they would have him go pick up like 30 pizzas for them.....now here is the kicker....the way they liked all of the pizza was to have the crust soaked in hot pepper juice after cooking....like hot hot hot peppers......he said he tried a piece one time and thought his mouth was on fire for hours! That sounds like some crazy shit to me!

Standard: Pepperoni w/ lots of crushed red pepper and garlic
Specialty: Chicken, onions, mushrooms
Deep Dish: Pizzarea Uno is the only halfway decent deep dish around here and I like:
1. Chicago Classic (Chunky Tomato and loaded with sausage)
2. Four Cheese Pizza (Pesto Sauce and four cheese blend) ...mmmmm....Pizzzzaaaaa |
